I had regular colonoscopy in. 2012 but but when there was still some fecal mater, they said I had to have a ‘virtual colonoscopy’ so I went for one and it was-- awful! I had never heard of them before, but if anyone mentions it–they are terrible! Let me explain it–first – you do the. Regular prep., but you are awake and they lay you down and pump you full of air! Yuck! I think they should put you for this just like a regular one! The pain is excruciating! Especially if you have IBS.
