I've never had an In and Out Burger but heard they were some kind of good. We can't get them in Michigan.
My left leg/foot/toes are so bad it's difficult for me to leave my house. My right side is close behind. I live close enough to a large university hospital that has a Pain Clinic. No medication has ever touched my pain, but through the Pain Clinic I've been able to try every kind of pain med possible. There are implants like a Baclofen pump and a Spinal Cord Stimulator that might be an option; again the Pain Clinic is a source for these kinds of therapies.
